HAVING CONFIDENCE IN GOD

Do you know how it feels to ask someone to do something and you know it’s going to get done?  That’s having total confidence in someone.  If you ever feel that way, you know that everything will be taken care of for you.  This is how we have to be with God if we want to be happy with life.  I don’t know about you but this is how I get through life.  I have total confidence that God is taking care of me every day.  It’s not a spec in my mind that I believe anything different.  I know he’s watching over me.

I look back on my life and see what could have happen but didn’t.  That was nobody but God.  I know I said this before but every time I go through something, I remember Jesus carrying that cross.  He fell three times.  He knew that he had to struggle.  He never gave up and he was totally confident that everything was going to be okay.  He had so much class because he was humbled and he knew he was going to win in the end.  We have to believe and have faith. That’s common sense.  We just have to understand who’s running the show and accept life according to his will.

God knows what’s going to happen before it happens.  We don’t have a clue.  We think we know so much but know so little.  Life is like walking on a cloud.  We don’t know when we’re going to fall.  God knows everything and he wants us to have faith in Him all the time.  We can’t doubt God and he sees when we lack faith.  In the bible, Jesus healed people who had faith and he always said:  You are healed because of your faith.  God wants us to depend on him.  He was there at the beginning and will be there at the end.  God is with you.  You can’t be happy with life if you don’t have faith to allow God to guide you through your journey.

FAITH
 
Life is full of ups and downs
Sometimes they’re smiles and sometimes they’re frowns
 
It all depends on what we’re going through
We just don’t know what we will do
 
I want to tell you that each day is new
Don’t waste your time worrying, God will get you through
 
Life is a mystery don’t try to figure it out
Just know that God is here, that’s no doubt
 
When situations come your way & you don’t know what to do
Talk to God & ask Him to guide you
 
Have faith in Him and know that He’s holding your hand
He’s always there because He has a plan
 
It doesn’t matter what the situation may be
Put your worries in His book & you will see
 
The burdens lifted & you may not understand
Because He works miracles, He is the man
 
He’s forgiving, caring & loving to us all
He always answers when we call
 
We are his children & He looks after us too
He said “have faith in me I will never, never leave you”
 
Faith will take you to the top of the mountain and you will see the beauty of life.

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
