New Year Goals

New Years is really another opportunity to live, appreciate God's grace and be given a second chance to rebuild and restore what is broken.  We have to start with ourselves. Where is our hearts, are we willing to be humbled and are we open to love one another.  These days come and go and it's our choice to take a step back and taste and see the goodness of our Lord.  It's so  much to be thankful for and it's so much to give to others.  Let's think about that and set some goals for ourselves.  Joy comes from within and no one can ever take away our faith, our love and our commitment to God. God is the one who guides us, protects us and is always there for us.  He's about love and when we lose the connection with God we lose everything.  The main goal in the new year for me is to continue to love so I can continue to stay connected to the vine.  Let's think about where we are in our lives to determine the appropriate  measures to take for the coming New Year.
