We all have gifts and talents and God made all of us unique.  We have to know how to use our gifts to benefit The Body of Christ.   Sometimes we don’t know what those gifts are but we can start with knowing what we’re good at and how it helps others.  For example, I love to write wisdoms so that’s one of my gifts and I’m sure you have gifts as well.

When we use our gifts, we really help others and it strengthens us all. Dr. Martin Luther King had a gift of peace.   He wanted all people to be given opportunities and everyone to get along through non-violence and peacefully.  When he used his gift, it made a difference and changed lives.  That’s why it’s important and we should always respect people’s gifts and be thankful for them to have the courage to follow God’s call. Dr. Martin Luther King did all that he thought was right with courage, integrity and love.  He was killed for his courage but in the end, it helped so many people.  We appreciate him by celebrating this day for all that he did and for not being afraid to do what he thought was right. Thank you Dr. Martin Luther King.

I’m sure we all have a dream and sometimes in fulfilling that dream, it takes courage, confidence and faith.  It’s only when we share God’s talents that are given to us is when we can follow our dream.   When we share, we love, when we love, we give hope and when we take time out for others, we share God’s grace.  This world is all about love and God is love.  God wants us to follow our dream but he also have a plan so it starts with knowing the importance of staying connected to even identify your gifts.  You see, when we get closer to God, we will know the direction because he will guide us. Dr. Martin Luther King knew that his actions would make a difference and he did everything he could to be heard and to fulfill his purpose.

Think about your life, what are you good at?, what do you like to do?, how can it help you get closer to God and how can it help others? Do some soul searching and you will find your purpose.  God loves us so much and he wants us to be happy, at peace and be an example for Him.  We can do this by using our gifts, sharing them with each other and allowing God to direct us to our destiny.  When we share, it not only helps the person that you're sharing with but it helps many down the road.  It only takes one to make a difference.

That’s it and that’s what will build The Body of Christ and give us purpose.  We’re all on a journey and sometimes we have to learn some things in life in order to be the best that God wants us to be.  Our gifts are a stepping stone to where we need to be so don’t ignore your talents but utilize what God has given you to benefit all.

Thank you Jesus for giving us that grace.  Amen  

Dear Lord,

As we start our day today, we just want to say "thank you" for loving us, forgiving us and just being there for us every day.  You are so wonderful and it's just a blessing to have you all the time.  You give us grace, hope and everything we need.  Lord, you know what's going to happen before it happens so please continue to give us the strength to deal with whatever we encounter throughout our day and help us to gain peace through it all.

Lord, we know that each day is a gift.  We can be here one day and gone the next.  Because of you, we're still here.  Lord, we know that our role is to serve you but we need guidance to know what to do and when to do it.  We also need patience to deal with things in our lives and to deal with others as well.  Lord, we all have things going on and in order to serve  you and stay connected we do need you to help us every day.

It's not easy but with faith, love and guidance, we can make it.  We need to help each other Lord so help us all to love more and to work towards allowing our light to shine so that people can see you in us.  You are the main ingredient for having peace in our lives so help us to refresh our relationship by spending quality time with you and praying more so that we can serve more for The Body of Christ.

When we’re dealing with people, we have to always be observant because sometimes we get warning signs to let us know where to draw the line.  I’m not saying treat people different but what I’m saying is still love your neighbor as you would love yourself but be observant.  People actions will let you know who they really are in terms of character and it’s not that he or she is bad.  It’s just that at the time, that’s who they are and sometimes people are in bad places that make them react differently. Sometimes they want to be that way but that’s not the case in all situations.

I’m saying this because we all are on a mission and we can’t be wasting our time dealing with individuals who don’ want good things or don’t want to work towards being in a better place.  Now, in saying that, our job is to talk to all people but don’t spend all of your time trying to deal with people if they don’t want to deal with you or do right.  It will cause chaos in life down the road and actually start bringing you down.  We all get warning signs and I’m going to tell you that if someone doesn’t love their neighbor as themselves, that’s a big sign and you need to look out for things like that when you’re dealing with others.

Jesus said people are going to say they are for me but not so be careful in who you’re dealing with and my advice to everyone is to not disregard warning signs but address them to that person.  We are here to be examples and we can’t do that if we’re holding on to something that’s going in the opposite direction of where we want to go in life. That could be a friendship, relationship or whatever. 

Also, we have to respect others and be sensitive to the need.  We all need help and if we just let people around us do whatever he or she wants that will cause problems with The Body of Christ.  Perfect example is what’s happening in our country today.  If people would stand up for what’s right, the people wouldn’t be dealing with some of the things we’re dealing with today.  I said this before that everything that we do has an effect on others and ourselves.  When we hurt others, we hurt the body, when we hurt others, we hurt God, when we hurt others, we put a pause on our lives, when we see warning signs and do nothing about it we hurt everyone. 

Everybody is dealing with somebody and we are here to give hope to the world to lift people up not bring people now, to give people joy not to stress them out, to love them when they need to be loved not leave them hanging.  The wisdom in all of this is respect one another, accept God’s grace and go out in the world and do what God is calling you to do. Even when you don’t know what to do, God will show you and you will see Him working in your life.

Sometimes in life people are not going to agree with you and sometimes you’re going to be judged but we really have to stay focus and not get into how others feel about you.  We all want to be liked but God knows your heart and your intentions so it’s okay.  I had mentioned before that we don’t have control over what people do or say.  Let’s not blame others for what they do because that’s not our call but we just have to stay focus on what we do and live our lives. I say that because I had an experience yesterday that made me feel like I was being judged.  It’s okay because that’s someone’s opinion but I had to listen and understand where this person was coming from at that time.  I had to not be negative in that situation.

When we’re judged or when others have a different opinion, that’s a time to look within ourselves and figure out what we’re doing that made them feel this way.  We don’t have to react in a negative way because our goal is to serve God, help one another and mainly be an example of Jesus.  Sometimes we are judged, sometimes we judge others and sometimes they are right about how we do things.  We have to take it as a positive thing and build on it.  Let’s try not to judge but love in all situations.  We don’t have to agree with everything but we all can improve in some area in our lives.  To be honest, I instantly got upset (just because I was tired) but I realized that people are entitled to feel what they want to feel. One thing about me is - I do get upset sometimes but I get it together shortly after because if I dwell on the negative it will not help me.  If I would have responded to that, it would have been negative so sometimes we have to know how to keep still.

I didn’t take it personal and we don’t know where people heads are so we can’t let nothing get to us.    My job was to listen and just be patient.  Sometimes we don’t have to bend over backwards to please anyone but we do have to still love.  Also, we don’t know what goes on in other people’s lives so let’s not let anyone take us out of our character but allow people to be people.

The wisdom in all of this is, we all make mistakes and we’re not perfect so just because someone thinks a certain way, doesn’t mean we’re better than other people and everyone needs a chance to be heard.  Actually, when this happens it gives us an opportunity to check ourselves.  Remember the goal is to be an example of Jesus and have joy/peace through it all.  We can’t stop our joy and the way to not stop your joy is to let go and let God.  Do your part but don’t get caught up in other people’s actions.  

We have to stay focused and connected to the vine because if we’re not, we’re nothing and our lives will reflect it all.  Let’s always think before we act and keep our mind on positive things even through other people’s actions.  Each day we’ll encounter something and remember I said we make our day and it’s a choice to be positive or negative.

Life is all about serving God, giving hope,  having faith and being patient. We try to do our best on this journey but it's very important that we live each day with joy and whatever happens in life, we have to know that God has a plan.  God knows what's going to happen before it happens so that right there tells me that he's in control of everything. The key to it all is to trust Him and when things happen in your life take it as a sacrifice for God.  I truly believe that everything that happens in our lives there's a meaning to it and it's God's plan.

I know life could be crazy sometimes and trust me this world is off the you know what  but don't be bothered by what's happening but be observant and stand firm.  God said He will never leave us so it's okay.  We just have to stay connected to the vine and be focused on the mission set by Him.  He said go out and be disciples and this is why I do the wisdoms everyday.  I know that we all need hope, need love and need peace.  God helps me all the time through people and His grace so it's worth it all. 

In order to serve God, we need to be aware of what's happening.  We don't  have to do much but take time out.  We all should have some type of missionary and that could be simply loving your neighbor as you love yourself or forgiving one another.  We all get down at times because we're human but we all need hope so if you encounter a bad situation, don't let it get to you. 

Yesterday, I went to the post office and this guy got so mad at me because he said I had taken up two parking spaces, which I really moved up so that  he can get in. I  may have been over the line a little but I did move up just for him.  When I got out of my car to go into the post office, he called me all kinds of names and he actually, came into the post office and cursed me out more.  I told the man that I'm sorry for whatever he thought I did.  He wasn't hearing that and everyone in there couldn't believe what was coming out of his mouth.  That could have been a disaster but you see everybody needs hope. 

God is there to  help us in all situations and he definitely protects as well.  We have to trust him and be patient with situations that we encounter in our lives.  Most of the time my wisdoms come from what happens in my day because we all are family and there are so many issues in the world to talk about and that will help us to be better people to serve God.  Let's be attentive to the real needs in the world and at the same time gain peace from our Lord.

I know I told you several times over the past 40 days that I love you.  I really do.  I don’t even have to know you because I have a love for people and this is how I get through situations.  Life is so precious and we really shouldn’t waste our time being sad.  I want everybody to feel the joy and make the best out of his or her lives.  I feel really blessed right now because I have shared with you something that God has taught me:  how to be happy and at peace with life through words of wisdom.  This is really a beautiful world and each day is a new day.  There’s always hope in whatever you are going through and you can enjoy all things in life.  Life is full of good and bad times but it’s still wonderful.  We laugh, we cry and we even get stressed.  That’s okay.  We just have to learn how to handle what’s in the package.
 
I still cry about things sometimes but it’s “all good” because sometimes it’s tears of joy and I know that God is with me.  In dealing with trials, I always pray to God to bless me and give me the strength to get through the situation.  I’m patient and I know that He answers my prayers.  My journey is not complete but I know that He molds me for His purpose.  I just love Him so much.  In living your journey, you have to expect to feel pain.  We all experience pain in our lives so just hold on.  Don’t give up.  Make a choice to be happy and make that decision today not tomorrow.  You may not see tomorrow.  Spend some quality time with yourself and make a plan to do whatever it takes to enjoy your life.
 
Every time we make changes in our lives, we have to have a plan.  That’s how we succeed.  I have outlined a plan for you to be happy and you can modify the plan whatever way you like.  Start planning by Loving God and allowing Him to work in your life.  Get to know God and gain a relationship with Him.  I don’t want you to do anything that you don’t want to do.  I’m just telling you that in order to be happy, you have to allow God in your life and trust in Him.  He will give you the wisdom you need to allow you to handle life each day and prepare you for tough times.  You should start your day with God and approach each day as a beginning.  You will feel at peace and be able to smile.  I have shared with you some of my experiences but you have to deal with life yourself. 
 
We are in a spiritual warfare and if you don’t allow God to help you grow you will never win.  In order to cope, you need that relationship with God.  God will definitely guide you to happiness and walk with you every step of the way.  He said “I was the beginning and will be the end.”  Always believe that God is with you.  In allowing God to work in your life, you need to love yourself.  Don’t put yourself down.  You are smart, beautiful or handsome and have a reason to be here.  We all are good at something so be honest with yourself and be you all the time.  Believe in yourself and don’t dwell on an individual.  Remember, you have control and hold your own. 
 
Always focus on what you are doing and keep a positive attitude all the time.  Don’t lose confidence in yourself and don’t allow others to control you.  Be in control and love you for who you are.  If people don’t like you or judge you, that’s okay.  Remember you are you and you have to live your life.  Let them feel whatever they want to feel about you.  This is your life.  You can’t move any further if you don’t love yourself.  You look at yourself every day in the mirror and if you don’t like what you see, you will start your day off negative.  You know how they say breakfast is the best meal of the day.  A positive attitude and you loving yourself is the best move of the day.  If you have a problem loving yourself, pray and ask God to help you.  You can give it all to God and He will help you. 
 
I realize that we all are different and don’t feel bad if you feel a certain way about things or if you can’t handle life.  We all go through things and we learn from each other.  This is why I love you so much.  I learn so much from people and I’m still learning because I’m not perfect.  Life is learning and learning never stops.  Happiness is really within you but you have to bring it out yourself.  Gain confidence and walk with a purpose.  If you don’t like you, how are you going to happy?  You will have a sad face and nobody want to be around sad people.  People are searching for happiness and if they see you sad, they will look at you like you have a serious problem and feel bad for you.  This is why it’s important to love.  We have to help people change that sad face to a happy face. 
 
I would like to share with you another one of my experiences and this is a good example of why loving yourself would make you happy.  I remember going to a basketball game.  I saw this young lady who had a deformed face.  I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire life.  When I looked at her, it taught me something.  She taught me how to love myself.  God had placed her there for me to see.  With her deformity, she didn’t care what people thought of her.  She enjoyed the game, laughing, talking and having a good time.  I just watched her.  I wasn’t into the game at all.  I said “thank you God and she is beautiful.”  I saw the glow on her face through all the deformity and the confidence within her to love herself without giving a "you know what" in what people thought of her.  It was just a beautiful sight to see.  If she didn’t love herself, she would have been hidden from society and behind closed doors for the rest of her life.  Life would have passed her by and she would have lost all desire to live.  You see loving yourself has a huge impact on your happiness.  I love me, I’m not afraid to make mistakes and I don’t care how other people judge me.  I will still walk with confidence and I know I’m beautiful inside and out.  Don’t get me wrong, I‘m not conceited at all.  I just love what God has given me and I hope that you learn to do that as well.
 
I’m really a humbled person and love to do for others.  Don’t hide from yourself and be all that you want to be.  Amazing things will happen and you will feel so much joy.  Don’t live your life for others.  Live life for you and God.  We always have to love people but learn how to deal with people.  You deal with people by controlling yourself.  Everybody belongs to God and we are all family.  God is our father and we will see Him at the end of our journey.  Let’s help each other and know that we have to love people.  There are so many people who are hurting and don’t know how to handle life.  This is why God has been working with me to give you this message.  He wants to help all of His people to have a joyful mind.  He loves you so much and I get the chills when I think about the love that He has for us.  He gave all of us gifts and talents to share with one another.  This is God’s world and He wants us to depend on Him.   Sometimes, we don’t understand why bad things happen but God is still in control.  
 
I know some situations are painful but trust in God to give you strength to deal with those painful times.  This is why we have to only depend on him and stay positive.  Prepare yourself to deal with people’s actions by controlling your attitude.  Know that God put you in situations to help you.  Accept people for who they are but respond in a way to still allow yourself to be happy.  The bottom line is control your life and allow your light to shine.  You will have a remarkable glow and know how to deal with life.  Your journey will be more enjoyable and you will love life to the end.  Allow God to work in your life, LOVE HIM, LOVE YOU AND LOVE HIS PEOPLE.  Do this and you will have True Happiness and Peace.
 

In dealing with people, it requires a lot of prayers.  We can’t change people and people have to want to change themselves.  Don’t waste your time worrying about people.  You have your own life to live.  We are here to love one another but you can’t live their lives.  I told you that prayer is powerful and it changes things.  When we deal with people, we try our best to help and love them but sometimes only God has the power.  I say this because some things are out of our control.  We can try and help people to have a positive outlook on life but we can’t live for them.  They have to want the best for themselves and we have to do what’s best for us too.  The only thing we can do is pray. 
 
We spend too much time worrying about other people and sometimes people are not worrying about themselves.  However, it’s very important to pray.  We really need to pray for people more often because people are lost.  Some of them are so lost that they don’t even want to come home.  Some people don’t want to be this way but when we create habits we suffer consequences.  You see, when we follow the devil, we get lost.  We don’t know our way.  You know how people do us sometimes.  They’re with us when things are good but when things are bad, their gone.  We’re on our own.  This is just what the devil is doing to our family members.  He’s with us to get us to go the other way but once we get hooked on the journey, he’s gone.  We’re all alone. So this is why prayer is definitely needed and we have to realize that we don’t need to spend our time worrying.  Live your life and pray for them. 
 
If God wants to bless them, he will.  Also, we worry too much about our children.  Let me share something with you.  We need to let go of our children when they are grown.  They’re not our children, there God’s children.  God placed us in their lives to help them to cope in life.  He didn’t tell us to worry about them for the rest of our lives.  I had to say that because I see so many parents being stress over their kid’s lives.  The children are taking advantage of the parents.   Why are we stressing when they’re grown?  Let God handle our children and pray for them.  Let them adventure the real world.  We can only do what we can do with people and give the rest to God once they are grown.  That’s why prayer is important to do for others.  Learn to pray for others and don’t worry or get stressed out from what others are doing.  Especially when they are grown.  My point is:  people are going to do whatever they want to do anyway.  Live your life and give your worries to God.

We have to have sympathy for people.  We all go through some type of pain and sometimes it’s difficult to get through.  People need our support and they need to know that there are people who care.  I mentioned to you earlier that trials help us to grow but when we are in the trial, it’s different.  If we give our burdens to God, it helps us but we still have feelings and we need to still stand with our heads held high in the grievance process. 
 
I know we need to provide sympathy to others because I was in a situation where I was hurting really bad and if I didn’t get the support that I needed, I don’t know what would have happened. When we give sympathy, we feel for people and share their pain.  This will show them that they are not alone and will allow us to know that we can help others.  When my father passed away, I was devastated.  I didn’t want to go to school or anywhere.  My cousin Rolanda came to me and told me that the world goes on even if I’m not here.  That helped me because she taught me that I had to make a choice to still want to be here.  I never thanked her but I guess I’m thanking her now.  Thank you Rolanda. 
 
Life is full of pain and if we don’t reach out to people, we’re going to lose them all.  We all need support.  Every time I talk to people who are going through anything in life, I always tell them to never give up on life because nothing is impossible for God.  I mean nothing.  This is the best sympathy that I could give to someone because God is the only one who can help you gain strength to live another day.  Thank you God.  Sympathy teaches us how to love people and how to be loved.  The poem that I wrote below was written to a friend of mine who has cancer.  I wanted her to know that she has to put her faith in God and still enjoy life.  Life is not over until you stop breathing and until then we can still enjoy all the wonders even when life looks like it’s over.  Never, never give up on life and always have sympathy for others.

Dear Father,

Thank you so much for everything.  As I say all the time, we need you each and every day.  It's such a blessing to see all the miracles and wonders that come from you.  The ability to see, hear, taste, smell, walk, talk and so much more is such a blessing to us all.  Even the fact that we have shelter, clothing, jobs and cars are more things to be thankful for on this journey.  Lord, even if we didn't have some of those things, we still should be thankful because you have a plan and always a way.  We can't take things for granted but wanted to say "Thank You".

Lord, we all have something that we're doing with and you are the only one who can give us peace to get through and strength to hold on.  As you know we all are in different places and sometimes it's not that easy because it takes a lot of refreshing to maintain the relationship with you because we wear so  many hats in life.  That's our fault because you told us your yoke is easy and your burden is light.  This is why it's so important to stay connected to the vine.

Lord, I pray that you continue to give me the strength to share your wisdoms with others and also say the right things according to your word so that others can witness your love and have hope in their lives with whatever they are dealing with in life.  You are the one that gives us grace to do what we do and have to ability to keep it going with challenges and obstacles that come before us.  

Lord, you gave all of us a mission to serve and you know we can't do it alone.  However, you told us to do our best and you will give us rest.  We thank you so much for that.  Lord, we can only do what we can and if you find us turning the wrong way, please help us to find our way back..

Sharing is important because we all are given different gifts.  When we utilize our gifts, we help other people.  We’re being selfish when we don’t share what God has given us.  Why do think we’re given gifts?  The gifts are given to share so that we can help each other.  People are going through some major issues in their lives and we need to help them by sharing our gifts and talents.  God knows what he’s doing and he put people in our lives for reasons.  When they share their gifts, they help us.  Sometimes they can hurt us but like I said everything happens for a reason.  I truly believe that statement. I believe that because God’s always in control and he knows and sees everything before it happens. 
 
So when people come into my life, I always try and noticed their gifts and thank God for allowing them to share what they were given.  We need to let our light really shine and help people to get through situations in their lives.  I think it’s amazing to see the gifts that God have given us.  First of all, if you know how to love, that’s a major gift.  It’s major because life involves people and people could be difficult at times.  At the same time, when we love, we’re sharing and helping our family.  It’s just so awesome to share what God has given us.  I’m doing it right now.  God has blessed me with so much wisdom and quite often I have to give him all the glory.  I don’t know why he chose me to share this gift but I’m truly thankful to do this for God.  It’s a wonderful gift to share and when we reach deep down within ourselves and allow the blessing to come out, we help so many people.  You have to remember that because you have many gifts within you but you have to find yourself & love all of you before you can see what God has given you.  There are so many people who need our love and support.  Sometimes it doesn’t involve a lot of time or commitment. 
 
We can change the world but we have to ook deep within ourselves to do things.  People are craving for peace and joy and this is why we need to share what we have.  Life is truly a struggle and sometimes we just have too much on our plate.  We need a helping hand and support once in a while.  Some of us think we don’t have any talents.  If you’re here, you have something to give.  Otherwise, why would God put you here?  It’s like getting a job.  You would not be hired if you can’t contribute to the goal of the business.  Find yourself and share your talents.  That will help you to be happy in knowing that you have a reason to be here. 
 
SHARING
