Dear Lord,

As we bring in the New Year, we just want to say "Thank You" for your many blessings.  You're always so good to us and You bless us year after year.  I just want to make sure You hear that and I'm sure others will piggy-back on that as well.  You're such a wonderful God and it brings joy to my heart day after day on how You fill us with so much grace. Each day is a gift, a blessing and I pray today that all of us take time out and realize what You've done and what You're doing in our lives.  I pray Lord that You touch each and every one of us in a way to be humble, to show appreciation to others and to work towards strengthening our relationship with You. Lord you said without You we are nothing so please continue to guide us and bless us according to Your will.  In Jesus name we pray and thank You again for another year in Your house. Amen and we love You. Let's thank God for it all.

NEW YEAR'S POEM

New Year's is a gift from God above
Let’s show our appreciation with love

It's filled with God's grace and so much more
We need to appreciate what God has done for us like never before

He gives us second chances day after day
Let's learn to give back in a very special way

He doesn't ask much and He gives us choices too
Let's stop acting like we don't know what to do

Sometimes our lives are chaotic but we still do things that hold us back
Let's take charge of the mess so we can get our lives back on track

Nothing will change if we don't do what we're supposed to do
But if we trust God, give Him our burdens, He will guide us through

What I'm saying is let's not worry but listen to the master when He speaks
He doesn't tell us anything that's irrelevant but wisdom to keep

You all are special and You all have something to give
Let's share His love so we and others may live

It's not about us but about accepting God and giving a helping hand
So when you go through trials always know that it’s according to God's plan

In the New Year, keep your head up and accept whatever comes your way
Do it with class and integrity day after day

You will see the victory and will give God some praise
You will be thankful and definitely amazed

One thing we must do and is very appropriate to do is to thank God for His Mercy and Grace this coming year and to walk with Faith because God is working in our lives to make us better people.

We all are on a journey doing different things and going in different directions but we all should have two main goals - to serve and to become more like Jesus so that we can have peace, joy and so much more. God is the one who wakes us up in the morning, He's the one who gives us strength to get through tough times and He's the one who protects us from evil.  It's all His divine mercy and His grace so let's hold on to the vine so we can enjoy His blessings while  we're still here.

If we look back on our lives and see where we are now verses before, we would know that it was God.  If we wonder how we got through difficult situations, we would know it was God and if we wonder why we're still here, we would definitely know it's was God.  He is the vine and we are the branches.  Let's not get caught up with nonsense because for real we know what's best for us and we know when something is good or bad.  It's our choice in how we live but in order to enjoy this journey and be at peace, we must appreciate His grace and mercy.

In doing that, we must walk with faith.  Let's stop doubting God and walk knowing God got our back and is with us. Sometimes we think we know what we're doing but we must remember that God knows what's going to happen before it happens and He has a plan so when we walk on faith, we're allowing Him to work in our lives and we're trusting that He's guiding us. Walking with faith will give us peace and we will taste and see His goodness and see His works in our lives.  The 2021 new year is near so let's plan to get closer to God, appreciate His Grace and Mercy and give God all of the glory.  I know I introduced this song before but I can't help but to think about it again.

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the inconvenience.  The system was not working properly to add more daily inspirations but it's up and running now.  I hope you enjoyed the holidays with your family and I hope everyone have a blessed New Year.  I will resume tomorrow and please know that you are Loved.

Amen and Thank You for sharing God's word with me. Thank You Jesus 

​God knows everything that we’re going through, went through and where we are spiritually and emotionally in our lives.  He knows that sometimes it’s tough, He knows that we get tired and He knows our hearts.  The key to getting through situations and having joy, peace and happiness is to LET GO AND LET GOD AND ALLOW HIM TO WORK IN OUR LIVES.

We have to remember that God is controlling this world and He knows what’s going to happen before it even happens.  Why worry? Why get stressed and Why do we act like we can’t make it when things get tough? 

God said “Give me our burdens and He will give us rest”

He said “He is faithful/He will strengthen us and guard us from the evil one”

He said “He’s the vine, we are the branches and whoever remains in Him will bear much fruit because without Him we are nothing”

He said “He’s the way, the truth and the light”

He said “Consider it all joy when we encounter trials”

He said “Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make our requests known to Him, then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus”

He said “Blessed be the God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in His great mercy gave us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection from the dead.

He said “Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself, sufficient for a day is it’s own evil.

What I’m saying is God is giving us an opportunity to enjoy our journey even through the sacrifice if we just listen and trust Him.  When uncomfortable things happen in our lives, He’s working through us and it’s a blessing when we can get through things will joy because we know who’s there holding our hand even through the pain. Amen.

Let’s always remember that God is a wonderful God and all I can say right now is TRUST HIM, know that He hears you, He knows situations and He’s waiting for You to LET TO AND LET HIM WORK IN YOUR LIFE TO GIVE YOU PEACE, JOY AND HAPPINESS.  When I think about letting to and letting God, I can’t help but to think about this song.

Amen and Thank You Lord

We all have problems, and we all have something going on that is sometimes too much.  It’s important that we look at our own lives before we try and judge another. Let me explain why:
​
This journey is a learning process, it’s a time to gain wisdom and understanding and it’s a gift from God to love and forgive.  We all are sinners and God forgives us for our sins. Actually, Jesus has already paid the price, so our calling is to follow the mission set by God.  In life, all we have to do is do what we’re told or asked (because it’s a choice) and have some respect for one another, have some dignity for ourselves and allow God to work in our lives.  At the same time, sacrifice when we have to and thank God for the trials, give God our burdens and allow Him to give us rest and treat people the way we would want to be treated.

We should be focused on making it to heaven for eternal life and giving hope to the world one day at a time while we’re still here and having joy while doing so.  In order for us to do that, we need to look at  our own lives and work to be Holy.  I know sometimes we tend to look at other people’s problems and not our own problems.  I’ve done it and I know you have too because sometimes life is stressful.  We just have to get to the point where we take a step back to fix ourselves to be better people so we can give hope, help and just be the person God is calling us to be.

On the other hand, we can’t judge another person. It took me all my life to figure that out.  I have problems just like others and sin(sin can be something as simple as not listening to someone or gossiping) just like others as well. What we need to do is look at our brothers or sisters and try to help not hurt, lift them up, not bring them down, talk and act with love and be positive, not negative.

Some people don’t’ know how to handle problems, some people don’t have the courage to want to make a change and some people just have habits or problems that are too deep.  Nothing is too deep for God but people won’t know that unless they are seeing through God lenses.  The bottom line is let’s look within our own lives and work to fix what’s broken, not look at someone else’s life and judge because we all need God’s help.  Finally, love God, love yourself and love people.  Do that and you’ll see  yourself serving, giving hope to the world and changing lives.  Think about it.
 
Amen and Thank You Lord

In life, we all have ups and downs and it’s always a challenge to deal with the downs.  Sometimes trials are unexpected and sometimes trials can be tough to handle.  This is why God tells us to give Him our burdens and He will give us rest through it all.  He also tells us to pick up the cross and walk with Him through whatever we’re dealing with each day. Walking with the cross carries a load of sacrifice for God but the sacrifice is well worth it because we gain joy, we gain peace, and we gain a happy life while on this journey.  Below are some bible verses that talk about the importance of sacrifice and walking with God and picking up the cross for eternal life.

Matthew 16:24-26
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
 
Romans 12:1
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

Hebrews 13:16
And  do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

Proverbs 3:5-6 
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Galatians 5:16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you

Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

1 John 2:15-17 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.
 
The bottom line is - don’t live for the world but walk with God and He will direct your path.  Like I said before when we follow Jesus, we gain peace, joy and happiness. Let’s not get caught up in the worldly treasures but get a foundation to stay connected to the vine.  I don’t know about you but I rather have Jesus than Silver and Gold.

Amen and Thank You Lord

​Our number one priority should be to give hope to the world and to allow our light to shine so that people can see Jesus through our actions.
It doesn’t matter what we’re going through in life, we should always remember that each day.  We all are human, we all make mistakes and we all are learning so let’s know that life is a journey and sometimes we have to sacrifice or put up with a lot of stuff in order to grow and be what we need to be.

This world is very challenging but when we can see through Gods lenses and know our purpose, we’re able to get through stuff and walk with our head held high.  Hope is something we all need because sometimes life is good and sometimes it’s bad but we have to know that God is in the midst of it all and everything will work out for the good with whatever we’re going through in any given day.

There’s so much I want to say about this but all I can say right now is work to take care of yourself so that your light can shine.  We all need each other and it’s important to give hope, show compassion and just be a child of God with humility and love.  Let’s work to keep hope alive by working on ourselves to be right so we can give hope and also receive it with whatever comes our way. Let’s not be stressed but gain strength from God so we can serve and have peace and joy one day at a time.

​It’s very important that we practice good virtues so that we can become better people and help others along the way. Our mission is to love one another and show Jesus through our actions so that others can see the light and serve on their journey.  When we practice good virtues, we really help ourselves because our goal is to make it to heaven and when we love, forgive, etc.  we become better people, we get closer to God and we are humbled enough to know that life is not about us.   Sometimes people think they are hurting others when they don’t practice good virtues but really they are hurting themselves.  Below are some very important virtues to practice as you walk on your journey.

Love – Love one another and treat people the way you want to be treated.
Patience – Have patience with people because God has patience with us
Kindness – Be kind because kindness will help you in so many ways
Compassion – Have compassion with one another because people need hope
Courage – Have courage to do what you have to do even when it’s tough
Gratitude – Be appreciative for everything because it could be worst
Forgiveness – Forgive one another because it helps you become better
Humility – Be humble because we need to become like children in God’s eyes
Faith – Have faith and confidence in God all the time
Wisdom – Pray for understanding  to help with decision making and strength
Prayer – Pray morning, noon and night because we need prayer for all things
Hope – Try to practice good virtues to give hope to the world
Joy – Seek wisdom so that you can have joy on your journey

Remember we are the world and we’re here to help one another so good virtues are very important to practice as you walk on your journey. When we practice good virtues, we’re really saving our own lives.  Think about it.

Amen and Thank You Jesus

We go through a lot of things on our journey and sometimes it’s tough because of the situation and what it entails.  God tells us to give Him our burdens and He will give us rest and we have to learn to know that with faith and confidence in God.
​
Life does have it’s challenges but we have to learn to hold on and not give up in the storm.  Some challenges are tougher than other challenges but it’s those times when we can get closer to God and see the finish line or taste and see His goodness when we go through tough situations.
​
God will not leave us and as hard as situations may be, He’s right there in the midst of it all.  It may not seem that way when we’re going through it and we may feel alone at times but HE’S THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN GET US THROUGH THE STORMS OF LIFE.  That’s real.

Sometimes we depend on others more than we depend on God and that’s not good because we have to put God first before everyone.  He gives us peace, He gives us joy and He gives us life day after day.  When we depend on Him, is when we can get through the storms and we will feel so much joy seeing His divine mercy.  When we allow God to work in our lives and know that He has a plan, we get to see the good and the bad and when we depend on Him, we can walk through the storms with our heads held high and be at peace with whatever we’re dealing with in life.

Let’s always hold on to life and know that through any storm, God is walking with us, talking with us, guiding us and giving us the strength to get through it all. It’s absolutely amazing to witness Him working in our lives.  I don’t know about you but when I look back over my life, I’m just thankful that I held on through the storms because if I would have given up, I would have never seen His goodness.

If you’re going through something right now, HOLD ON and give it to God. It’s NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO FIX IN YOUR LIFE.  He’s waiting to comfort you, hold you and protect you so again, please know that whatever you’re going through, He’s definitely in the midst of it all. HOLD ON BECAUSE IT WILL GET BETTER.
