​The joy comes in life when we can see through Gods lenses to begin to Live, Love and Learn.  We begin to see the goodness in living when we become like children of God with humility and thanksgiving because each day is a gift and life is not about us.  We should always accept and appreciate God’s grace because when we do all of this, we begin to Live.  When we start to really live and get closer to God, we learn to love our neighbor and treat people the way we would want to be treated.  That takes stress away and brings peace.  It’s when we don’t love, we get bitter and have anger in our hearts.  That turns to evil and will enable us to hold grudges and stop us from serving God. It actually stops us from gaining wisdom and learning from our Father. Learning is about taking everything that comes on our plate as a sign that God is working in our lives, trusting God to get us through and knowing that when the storms come, Jesus has already paid the price so we just have to walk with faith to know that everything will be alright.
 
Most people die before they live because when we don’t’ accept God’ grace, we can’t fully see all of the mercy that it brings.  He said we’re nothing without Him so if we’re living a life not on Gods path, how can we live in joy so this is why I said most people die before they live not seeing the blessing. 
 
Once we can see through God’s lenses, we know that love is the core of our being because it gives us peace, it brings hope to the world and it allows us to serve and want to serve.  Most people want to love or be loved but it’s hard to open up to others when we see people not loving or being negative.  This is why it’s important for each one of us to be an example to allow others to see Jesus (love) in us.
 
Sometimes when we live and love, trials come because God tells us that the more we love, the more evil will come to distract us so when negativity comes our way, we can’t get caught up.  Keep on moving and allow God to work in our lives because this shows faith and trust in the Father.
 
The bottom line is we need to live and prepare ourselves for eternal life so let’s not sweat the small stuff, gain control of our actions, love each day and learn from our mistakes to grow within so that our light will shine and God can say “Well Done”.

Sometimes when we go through trials and tribulations, we have to understand there are things that we have to do or should I say unfinished business to take care of on our journey.  We should never get distracted when the storms come because those are the times when God is working in our lives and an opportunity to trust Him.

God has a plan so whatever happens in our lives, we have to go with the flow and walk with Him, talk with Him and really practice our faith because if we just hold on, we will see the goodness through it all.

If we look back on situations that we had to deal with in life, God always worked it out so we have to praise Him and know that things happen for reasons but don't give up.  God wants us to have joy and peace and this is why He said Give me your burdens and I will give you rest.  He also tells us that Joy comes from us knowing how to get strength from Him, loving our neighbor and knowing that whatever happens in life, He’s right there with us.

I think we take life for granted and we sometimes don’t have joy in the day or see the goodness in today.  Let’s start taking one day at a time and when the trials and tribulations come, give them to God and be appreciative that we still have the opportunity to be here.  Whatever trials you encounter, know that it will be okay and allow God to hold your hand.

Jesus is with all of us and we’re here for something so as long as we can breathe let’s look at that as a sign that we have purpose.  Sometimes we don’t know what that is but if we start with love, forgiveness and pick up the cross and walk with Jesus, He will show us the way.

We all live in this wonderful world full of grace and God has allowed us to be here day after day.  We all are walking the journey and our lives are different and we’re each unique.  We interact with people each day and we make choices on how to handle trials and tribulations and just our day in general.  At the same time, we try to utilize our time wisely to serve and to be attentive to what’s happening in the world and gain wisdom to know how to respond to different situations.   This is not easy at times but we try to handle life the best way we know how. 
 
One thing I do know is our ultimate goal is to live this journey to prepare ourselves to make it to heaven.  There’s one question that we need to ask ourselves:
 
How are we preparing to do that?
The people that we work closely with or spend our time with, ask them are they helping you to make it to heaven? (Especially, your spouse, other significant people or whoever you spend the most of your time with)
 
This is very important because we don’t know when our time will end and our hearts need to be pure and our minds focused on God’s Mission.  I know that when we walk with Jesus we gain peace and we can truly taste and see the goodness of the Lord.  It’s wise to ask this question and it’s wise to evaluate how we’re handling ourselves within and with others.
 
Let’s meditate on this so that we can truly benefit while walking on our journey and planning to enter the gates of Heaven.

Hello everyone,

Today is a day for us to thank all who have died for our country.  I think if we go back in our family history, we all have someone who sacrificed.  One of them is my dad.  I remember just like it happened yesterday. I was 16 years old and he served for many years.  It's very important that we take advantage of the time we have now by showing love, compassion and forgiveness to everyone.  Time is short and we truly don't know if we're going to make it to tomorrow.

I remember having a conversation with him before his mission duty and he was saying to me when he returns what we were going to do.  This is why we have to acknowledge our love ones, spend time with them and tell him how much we thank them for just being who they are in our lives while they are still here.

I didn't grow up with  my dad because he was in the army and my parents were separated but we were still close and I know God is my Heavenly Father but God also said honor your  mother and your father in one of the commandments so I always remember that.  

There are a lot of people who come into our lives and sometimes we don't get a chance to say we love you and it’s when we don’t take advantage of these times that  we get stressed if something happens before we’re able to do that. We all know in our hearts what we should do but sometimes it’s pride that gets in the way or we think people owe us something.

Life is too short to be holding on to grudges or not doing what God is calling us to do.  The bottom line is our goal to make it to Heaven so we need to conduct ourselves in a positive way with integrity to all people and trying our best to live the way God is calling us to do so.

God loves all of us for who we are now and He’s working in all of our lives to be better people and to give hope to the world.  My dad was a good guy from what I knew of him and I know he answered God's call by serving this country.  Let’s be attentive to all and appreciate those who have sacrificed for our country and at the same time always listen to God's call.

I challenge everyone to come out of their comfort zones, reach out to others now before it’s too late, and appreciate God’s grace.  I always say why put off something until tomorrow when we can do it today.  This action protects us from stress and teaches us the beauty of loving our neighbor. Also, if you’re in this situation and it was too late, God is a forgiving God and He gives us second chances to make it right.

​Let us pray,

Dear Lord, Thank You for another day and for allowing us to be here.  Lord as we walk on our journey, please help us to follow the right path and to help one another along the way.  Lord You tell us that it starts with us and You know we all are in different places in our lives so please continue to walk with us each day.  As you know, sometimes life situations set us back because some things are hard to handle.   Please give us the strength to keep standing even in the most difficult situations.
 
Lord you know each day is a new day and we don’t know what’s going to happen in the day but we do know that You’re in the midst of it all, You know what’s going to happen before it happens and You have a plan for our lives.  When challenges come before us, we have to walk with the cross and have faith in You even if it hurts.  Lord You gave us the gift of life and Thank You so much for Your divine mercy.  We need You Lord and again Thank You for everything.
 
Please help us to see Your grace more and more each day so we can go out in the real world and give hope as well as strengthen The Body of Christ to serve all people.

It’s very important to speak our truth and have integrity within ourselves and with others.  Sometimes when we interact with others, it can have a negative or a positive impact.  It’s all about how the other person receives the information or how they interpret what we’re saying or doing.  However, when we handle ourselves with integrity, we always win because we’re doing what’s appropriate to do with good intentions and its’ not our job to worry about how the other person with take information or actions because we don’t have control over how people receive information. Its’ also good to have integrity towards others because we don’t know what the other person is going through and it’s always important to be cautious and sensitive to other people’s feelings or whatever they are dealing with at the time.
 
Sometimes we tend to act according to what the situation is and sometimes it gets to be political.  We should never be afraid to speak our truth because we’re here to build The Body Of Christ not weaken The Body.  In life, we all make mistakes and that’s the part of growing in wisdom but we have to learn from our mistakes and at the same time have faith that God is guiding us to do what’s needed for the Body of Christ.  Sometimes it may feel like we’re losing but whenever we do what’s right, we always win and we’re strengthening The Body.
 
This journey is all about preparing ourselves for eternal life and Jesus didn’t say it was going to be easy actually, He said pick up the cross and walk with Me. That means sacrifice and sometimes pain but within all of that, comes peace and joy.  Thank you Lord.
 
If you’re ever in a situation and you don’t know what to do or if you think your actions will hurt you by speaking the truth, don’t caught up with what you think will happen because God is here with us and He will work it out.  If you don’t speak your truth, someone else will try and do it for you and it’s never accurate when someone else is saying things that involves you. It’s all about integrity and when we speak our truth, we’re giving the other person a chance to listen to God’s words of wisdom, they benefit, and we benefit as well by respecting them and listening to what they have to say. Remember people help us and we help people.
 
It’s very important to treat people the way we would want to be treated because in the end, that’s what we’re called to do.   Again, we don’t have control over people’s actions but we do have control over what we do and when we walk our path with good, intentions, speak our truth we give hope to the world.

Communication is very important with all people and it’s very important that we make a point to communicate things out ourselves of what we want communicated because sometimes messages are said incorrectly and we don’t know how the other people interpreting what we want to say.
 
Sometimes relationships are damaged from what’s said or what’s not said and it’s sad because people do have good intentions and we have to be cautious to what we put out there and to what we receive.  Also sometimes people say the wrong things just to get at you and this is why it’s important to speak your truth yourself and if someone tries to bring down your character, don’t worry because those who  know you would know who you are and if people need to  know anything, they should come to you if they need answers.  We can’t worry about what others say but we can control what we say and what we communicate to others.
 
The bottom line is we all need one another so let’s not damage relationships but heal relationships so we can become one Body of Christ. Amen and Amen

I had to take care of something so thanks for your patience.  Let us pray.

Dear Lord, as we start our day we just want to say "Thank You" for all things.  You are so good to us and we just want You to know that we love You very much.  Lord as we start a new week, please give us the strength to do what You need us to do and please guide us on the right path.

Lord we all are in different places and we all need help.  Please bless us with patience and help us to see through Your lenses and witness Your grace and love.  You give it to us all the time and we just have to accept it one day at a time.  Lord help us to see Your glory in the day not in tomorrow because You said today is enough to handle.  Continue to work through us and help us to understand that whatever happens in any day that You're in the midst of it all.

Sometimes when we have problems, we get all chaotic, stressed and think the world is coming to an end.  I’m writing this today because I had so many conversations today with others about their lives. I love it when I get a chance to talk to people because like I said in the wisdom yesterday it’s all about love and we give and receive it from one another.  I had an opportunity to share my situations with them that related to their issues and we had good conversations. Things got a little emotional but it’s okay because we have to be real with one another.
 
When we have problems, it’s not the end of the world. It’s just a trial for you to go through and God is still working in your life.  Our job is to hold on and just tough it out. God always gives us what we can handle and He’s always there for us so whatever the outcome is in a situation, just get through the day and know that it’s of God and just trust Him. That’s it. I have problems but I just release it to God because when I do my best in a situation, that’s all I can do and if I messed up in a situation, I just have to fix it the best way I know how so that’s all I can do.
 
I said before that we have choices but real talk, let’s be wise and know that we can’t do nothing without  God and if you think that you can, you will realize you can’t when life becomes too much to handle. 
 
Let’s live life, take one day a time not worry about life.  Trust God, allow Him to work in our lives and just be positive.

John 15:9-12 - Quote from Jesus

As the Father loves me, so I also love you.  Remain in my love.  If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.  I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete.  This is my commandment:  love one another as I love you.
 
If we want to know how to have joy and happiness in this life, we just need to learn how to love like God loves us.  Often times God shows His love to us through others and in turn God shows His love to others through us.  When we cooperate with God’s plan in this way, we truly can realize the joy and happiness we were created to possess. 

Let us spend a little quiet time each day and think about how we can live this commandment, loving others as God loves them and as God loves each of us.  In this way we can find the joy that the world could never give and the joy that no one can take from us.

Lord, give us the Grace to love as You love.  Amen
