It is very important that we stay focused on being a Christian and fulfilling the mission set by God.  I say this because at times in our lives temptation will come or sometimes, we get caught up in our own lives and forget that it’s not about us but about following God’s call. Let us not forgot why we’re here and let’s remember all of the wisdom and virtues that help us to be better people.

We have to remember:
to always put God first before all things and not depend on others
to refresh our relationship with God so that we’re connected to the vine
to try and make good choices so we’re not suffering consequences later
to know where to get strength in this spiritual warfare when it gets tough
to grow in the name of Jesus by being a child of God with humility
to know how to gain peace and know that it only comes from God
to gain wisdom from God to help with our decision making 
to pray morning, noon and night because God is in control
to have patience and wait on God's call
to know that God has a plan so let’s not stressed through our trials
to know how to hold on and not give up when we’re in the storms
to practice good virtues with others/love and forgive our neighbor
to give hope and to be a light to others
to walk with the cross and show sacrifice through our pains
to know that we all have problems/not judge another but be that light of God
to know when things happen in our lives, God is working through us
to thank God for His mercy, have faith and be appreciative of His grace 
to always be positive with a good attitude
to have confidence, know how to start again when we make mistakes 
to know when bad situations happen,  God is with us
to have courage and challenge ourselves by accepting situations
to have joy in life by serving God and following our dreams that He gave us
to take one day at a time
to know how to deal with people in communication
to listen, be honest and respect others
to try and always give good representation of God

Those are some of the things that come to my mind in thinking about being a Christian so let’s think about all of that and thank God for His grace.  In the next few days,  I will continue to refresh my relationship with God and share with you some of my thoughts on those topics so that we all can grow together in Jesus name and be ready for the coming of the Lord.

Amen and Thank You Lord 

​Hello everyone,

I hope all is well on this new day.  It’s a second chance to live again. Thank You Lord. We live each day trying to do what we have to do and sometimes it’s not always what we want to do but in order to get through things most of the time we have to make it happen. Let’s have a joyful mind so that we can gain peace through our trials.

God gives us choices to do whatever we want but let’s try to think before we act so our lives are not chaos.  God tells us to only deal with today because that’s enough to handle so when we add to what we already have to deal with throughout the day (Whatever God has planned), it makes it more tough for us.  We all need to work on that in our lives because we are human.

What I do know is God gives us grace each day to get through anything.  I woke up this morning thanking God for His blessing because first of all, He’s given me another chance and second of all, He’s given me strength to get up, get it together and see what the day may bring on my journey and third of all, He’s given me His love and forgiveness to begin again on this day.

God’s grace is merciful and so powerful.  As I look back on my life, I can’t help but to say “Thank You” for my life and my strength.  I hope this is a motivation to you and whatever testimony you have or whatever you’re going through, just praise Him and know that it will be alright.  Sometimes life gets stressful but even through it all, we still can have joy.  Remember this verse:

JAMES 1:2 – CONSIDER IT ALL JOY, MY BROTHERS, WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER VARIOUS TRIALS.

We have to be thankful for the good and the bad and we have to know that when we encounter various trials, God is working in our lives. Please see the poem below that God helped me to write years ago:
 
Trials prepare you to do
What God has chosen for you
 
Don’t fall when storms come your way
Stand up tall and talk to God and say
 
“God, this is Your will and I want you to know
I’m working for You and that is so
 
Do unto me as You like
I know You are with me in this fight
 
You didn’t bring this trial before me for nothing
You allowed me to get through this trial for something
 
God sometimes it’s hard and I need You to hold my hand
To get through this trial according to Your plan
 
You told me that You will be there, that I know
You also told me that trials help me to grow”.

In life, we should always try to give good representation of God in what we do and how we carry ourselves.  I say that because what we do has an impact on others.  

Sometimes we fail in doing that but when we fall, we should talk about it especially if it involves others so that we're not giving bad representation or are not hurting anyone.  We have to always remember that this life is not about us but about God and whatever He's doing in our lives according to His plans.

God gives us so many chances to make it right especially when we know we've mistreated another person.  He doesn't make us do nothing that we don't want to do but He tells us in our hearts what's the right thing to do.  When we listen to God and humble ourselves to do what we're suppose to do, we begin again in life.  It's when we don't listen. we have bad days and our lives are miserable.

Let's open up our hearts and do what's right and just by listening to our Heavenly Father so that we can gain peace in situations and give Good representation of our Lord.

When we open up our hearts and become like children with humility and love, we begin to allow God to work in our lives, we begin to gain peace with situations good or bad and we begin to have joy in life.

This world is all about preparing us for heaven and allowing us to give hope to the world while we’re here on our journey. God said work towards Holiness and I think if we do that, we will be happy and we will have peace.

I know life could be crazy, but I always say it comes with a package. (Good times, bad times and everything else) We must be able to deal with what’s in the package.  That includes, loving God, loving yourself to have confidence to serve with whatever comes your way, knowing how to let go and let God when the storms come if life becomes too much to handle and knowing how to deal with people.  Also, knowing how to get up when we fall.  Always remember, we are not defined by situations in our lives but how we handle situations that come before us.

It’s all about seeing through God lenses and trusting Him.  Life is all about taking care of ourselves to serve and helping others along the way.  I know when we serve sometimes it could be too much but we have to always remember that we all are going through things and we don’t know where people minds are at the time and we have to know that when the tough times come, God is in the midst of it all in our own lives.

We can only do what we can when we can so let’s not get stressed out but trust God and take one day at a time. Whatever you’re going through, open up your heart to Him and ask Him to give you strength to deal with it so that you can keep serving, prepare yourself to be better and have peace and joy in your days.

It’s a lot going on in the world and it’s so easy to get distracted but we can actually contribute by showing the love of God through our actions and allowing Him to work in our lives. Also, trusting Him each day when the day is not so good.  He got your back so let’s always remember that even when you don’t feel it through the trials and know that God has a blessing for you with your name on it.

Hello everyone,

I hope all is well and you know that you're blessed. I had to deal with something so thank you so much for  your patience in getting the daily inspirations.  

God has been so good to me with all of the challenges and the trials that I had to face, He was always there and I just had to take some time and reflect on that by saying "Thank You" for saving me, protecting me and working with me daily to make me a better person.  Also, I had to refresh my relationship and ask Him to guide me in the right direction.

I wanted to share that because we all are dealing with things but if we look back at our lives and see where we were and where we are today, we should give God some praise because it could have been different.  Also, when trials come and it's uncomfortable or painful, let's not give up but stand firm because God is in the midst of it all and He will ease our burdens and take them away if we just accept His grace by letting go and letting God. Thank You Lord.

On our journey, we will go through some things but the tribulations that we go through will only help us to grow within and become more like Jesus.  Let's know that each day is a new day, yesterday is done and we should try to make tomorrow better than yesterday with whatever we have to deal with in the day.

God loves you and remember whatever you're going through, allow God to guide you and open up your heart to gain peace.
