PURPOSE

It’s very important that we grow within because if we don’t grow in wisdom and understanding, we’re going to have consequences to deal with in our lives.  If you think about it, God said we need to become like children and be humble.  That means learning how to love, how to be patient, how to forgive, how to maintain a positive attitude, how to respond to people, how to let go and let God and on and on and on.
 
Remember I had mentioned that this is not about us so if it’s not about us, we have to learn why we’re here and what we’re supposed to do.  God gave all of us a mission to go out in the world and be examples of Him so that people can see the light in us to begin again each day.  That is not easy and it’s really a sacrifice but peace comes with that sacrifice if we know our purpose and direction. I think sometimes we spend so much time worrying about what others are doing and not what we’re supposed to be doing and we get distracted from our path. 
 
It’s not our job to control others but it is our job to control what we do.  We have to remember that people will always be people and our job is to accept people from where they are today and not where we want them to be.  WE CAN’T CHANGE PEOPLE BUT WHEN THEY SEE THE LIGHT IN US, THIS WILL AT LEAST ALLOW THEM TO SEE THAT THERE’S HOPE IN WHATEVER THEY ARE DEALING WITH AND AT THE SAME TIME HELP THEM COPE WITH THINGS. 
 
We all are at a different place in life and if we want to grow within we have to know how to deal with things or people. You and I know that sometimes it’s a challenge to get through things.  ONLY BY THE GRACE OF GOD THAT WE MANAGED TO GET THROUGH SITUATIONS OR KNOW HOW TO COPE OR HANDLE SITUATIONS. 
Let’s humble ourselves and become like children so we can continue to serve and grow in God.
