It’s very important to practice our faith because with God everything is possible and nothing is impossible for God.  We live on this journey and wear so many hats doing this and doing that and sometimes we try so hard to get things done, we try to be better people and still trials and tribulations come.  We should never be bothered by what’s before us but TRUST God for all things.
 
Faith is believing without seeing and when we practice faith, we’re believing in God and we know that He will work it out for us in all situations.

In James 1:6 the word says:

"But he should ask in faith, not doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed away by the wind."


I think sometimes we lack in faith and when things don’t happen when we want things to happen, we get frustrated and not believe or doubt. We have to realize that God has a plan and we have to have patience because God knows what’s best for us so of course He’s going to do things when He wants to do things.  We have to remember to have confidence in God and know that when we follow Him, He will find a way.  That things which are impossible for men and women are possible for God.   
 
In saying all of that, God is a loving God and this is why it’s very important to spend quality time with Him so we can enhance our Faith and know without a doubt that He will take care of us in situations.  This is called having joy through the good and the bad and walking with faith every day of our lives.  When we don’t spend time with God or put Him first, we get caught in the world and we lose our focus.  This is when we doubt and we have no progress on our journey.  He said without Him we’re nothing so of course when we get caught up in the world, we will doubt because we’re trusting our own ability.
 
God doesn’t want us to live in misery but He wants us to be happy and have joy so whatever you’re dealing with today, let it go and give that burden to God. He said come to me and I will give you rest.  There’s no need to be stressed about anything anymore and let’s learn how to have Faith in God, take advantage of our time by spending time with Him to become closer and know when the trials come, God is working it out.  When we have needs, He’s working those needs out too as long as we trust Him and know whatever happens in any situation, He’s still in control and whatever doesn’t happen, He knows what’s best for us.

Besides the Mother's Day poem that was posted yesterday, I wanted to say a special prayer for all.

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with you, blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus, Holy Mary mother of  God pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Happy Mother's Day to all Mother's and especially my Mother.  Mom you are a wonderful person and it's all because of you that I'm the person I am today. I love you and I thank you Mom.  Love always.

Dear Father, please be with all of us, guide us and help us to be good mothers and just good people.  Help us to follow your path and help us to be more like you.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen 

Mother’s Day is a day full of love
To give and to Thank God from heaven up above
 
For blessing us with great moms each and every day
He made sure we had love in each and every way
 
We should appreciate our moms for what they have done
Day in and Day out when we were young
 
The sacrifice, the struggles and so much more
They deserve this day and every day like never before
 
We need to value the gift by our moms and grandmothers too
It’s the gift of life and a blessing from what they had to do

I know it wasn’t easy because the world is a mess
We probably gave them headaches and put them to the test
 
If we look back in the day, our moms still loved us through all things
The good, the bad and everything that we had to bring
 
I give kudos to all moms because they work so hard to meet the need
They did it with integrity and class while planting the seed
 
The seed for us to grow and become young adults like we should
That’s all they want is to make sure we’re safe and good
 
I’m a mother myself and it’s such a blessing to witness them all grown up
I give it all to God and that’s real stuff
 
Even if your mother is not with us on this earth today
Know that she is still with you and that everything will be okay
 
Happy Mother’s Day to all and everything that you’ve done and do

Amen and Thank You God for all Moms

We all should have compassion because it serves so many purposes on our journey.  It shows the love in us, it shows the care in us, it helps us to grow within, it helps us to become more like children and most importantly, it gives others hope. 

We all have trials and tribulations that we deal with in life and sometimes it’s not that easy to deal with situations.  It all depends on how bad the situation is, where we are in our faith, how we’re accepting God’s grace, and just how we’re looking at life. It doesn’t matter what the situation is, we all need compassion in tough times and sometimes we act like we don’t need anyone and we try and do it ourselves but it’s good to talk to people and feel Gods love through others and accept compassion.

I know it’s important to be strong and gain strength from God but we’re human and we get tired at times. 

1 John 3:17 the word says:
"If someone who has worldly means sees a brother in need and refuses him compassion, how can the love of God remain in him."

God has been so good to us and He does it day after day, hour after hour, moment after moment.  Our goal on our journey is to be more like Him so that others can see the light in us. If we see others in need, why not give hope and show compassion.  Remember the mission is to go out and be disciples and that includes respecting others and being there as needed even if it’s just to listen. 

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 the word says:
3Praise be to the God and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

It’s critical to do our part so let’s show compassion to others and work towards giving hope to the world.  I’m going to leave you with the verse from 1 Peter 1:3-6.  It’s very powerful because if it wasn’t for God’s compassion for us, where would be today in this life and the life to come?

1 Peter 1:3-6 the word says:

3Praise be to the God and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, 5who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. 6In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.
 
Amen and Thank You So Much Lord

God has been so good to us and it’s very important that we continue to appreciate everything that He’s doing in our lives. I think sometimes we take things for granted and we don’t really appreciate all things.  Things like being able to walk, to talk, to eat, to taste, to sleep, to hear, to feel, to have a job, to have a car, to still be alive and so on and so on and so on.  God’s Grace is so precious and we really need to always be thankful of all things.
 
In Hebrews 12:28 the word says:
"Therefore, we who are receiving the unshakable kingdom should have gratitude, with which we should offer worship pleasing to God in reverence and awe."


That is gratitude and it’s what we’re called to do in terms of appreciating and accepting the Grace.  Words just can’t express the appreciation that I have for God and every time I feel like I need to complain, this is what I think about.  God’s grace to me.  We all are human but the more we get closer to Him and spend that quality time with Him, we’re aware of the simple things in life that are given to us each day.
 
We came in the world with nothing and we’ll leave the world with nothing so what really matters.  What matters is whatever God is calling us to do, be thankful and to become more like children with humility so we can enter the Kingdom of heaven.
 
 In Matthew 18:3 the word says:
 
"Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven."
 
Let’s continue to have gratitude for all things, especially the simple things in life and respect one another, love one another, forgive our neighbor and accept God’s Grace each day one day at a time.
 
Amen and Thank You Jesus

On our journey, we encounter various situations and sometimes we don’t know what to do. Also, sometimes on our journey we want things to happen for us and don’t have patience to wait on God’s call.
 
Patience is very important to have because God works in our lives every day and I believe everything happens for a reason.  If we don’t know God’s plan, we have to go with the flow, have joy in our hearts each day, allow God to work in our lives and have patience to know that He’s in the midst of everything we want, desire and go through.
 
Patience also helps us to be dependent on God with humility and sacrifice.  This is how we grow and how we become stronger and wiser.  In James 5:10, the word says:
 
"Take as an example of hardship and patience, brothers, The prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord."


This means when we go through the storms, take it as a hardship and endure whatever you’re dealing with because the Lord is with you. Stand firm in the midst of it all because the victory is coming.
 
Sometimes we get stressed with situations because it’s one thing after another and we get tired but God knows what He’s doing so when you’re up against an obstacle know that the battle is not yours it’s the Lords.
 
Let’s have patience each day because God has a plan and always a way.

Forgiveness is a virtue that helps others for their wrongdoing but it also helps us within.  When we forgive, we love and when we practice forgiveness, our Father will forgive us for our transgressions.  Please see the Word in Matthew 6:14.

FORGIVENESS
"If you forgive others their transgressions, your Heavenly Father will forgive you."

The world is full of good and bad and we try and live every day for the most part trying to do what we think is best. We don’t know God’s plan but we try and do what we’re supposed to do to the best of our ability.  We don’t know what goes on in other people lives and we don’t know what will happen each day in our own lives.  This is why forgiveness is very important because it helps us to keep the Mission going set by God.
 
Also, sometimes we need to be forgiven too and at times we don’t forgive ourselves for our wrongdoing and this is why we have to ask God for forgiveness and if the person that you’re dealing with doesn’t forgive you, it’s out of your control and you have to let go and let God.  We don’t need to focus on others too much because we don’t have control over others but we do have control over what we do by God. 
 
Love and Forgiveness are virtues to heal and bring peace to the soul so when we give or receive those two very important virtues, we are building The Body of Christ.

Everything that we do should be centered around Love.  I say that because God is love and it makes a difference in the lives of others and within ourselves when we love.
 
God teaches us the true meaning of Love by sending us His only Son to show us the importance of love so we have to know that love is everything.  If we think about it, God gave us a mission in Matthew 28: 19-20
 
Matthew 28:19-20 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
 
He also tells us in 1 John 2:10
 
1 John 2:10
"Whoever loves his brother remains in the light, and there is nothing in him to cause a fall."


In knowing that, Love should definitely be the core of our being and when we give love, people see the light in us. Let's never lose that connection with each other, and with our Lord.  God loves all of us and His unconditional love is what gives us the strength to stand every day and to begin again. When we share the love of God, we give hope to the world and make a difference to all.
 
There are people who are suffering and love is so powerful that it heals relationships, it builds relationships and it also changes relationships.  We’re here to serve on our journey and to follow a  mission set by God and without love, we can’t do that.  If we know that this life is not about us, it’s not hard to love.  Also, sometimes we don’t love when others hurt us but in order to heal and gain peace from a situation you must love.  This is why Love is the core of it all because when we love it heals us and others and it shows the power of God’s love and releases stress.
 
Let’s re-evaluate our actions and make sure we’re demonstrating love each day because it’s very important that people see Jesus in us and as you read in 1 John 2:10, when we love we remain in the light and there is nothing in us to cause a fall so know that its critical on our journey to show love and let’s practice that very important virtue so we can grow in the NAME OF JESUS.

Hello everyone,
I had to catch up on my sleep but Thank God I was able to do that so let us pray.
 
Dear Lord,
Thank You for this day and all things. Lord as I mentioned before, this day will be for prayer because it’s very important that we take time out to thank You, praise You and acknowledge Your grace.
 
Even if it’s just saying “Thank You” it’s worth it all.  You control everything and as You say, without You we are nothing and that’s so true.  Lord we need You every day in our lives and when we think we got it together, we don’t because we don’t know Your plan but what we do know is You’re with us each day.
 
Lord we all are in difference places in our lives and You know what’s best for us.  Please guide us for Your purpose and give us the wisdom and understanding to know that whatever we have to deal with You’re in the midst of it all.  Lord we always need strength, patience and integrity so please continue to give us what we need and to guide our hearts to be more like You.   Lord sometimes we fall but please help us to see that what we go through is temporary and an opportunity to grow In The Name Of Jesus.
 
Lord this day is a new day and yesterday is done.  You tell us that when we follow You we can begin again, take one day at a time and You will give us rest.  Lord please help all of us including me to know that and to always put You first.

The best thing that we can do in life is to believe in ourselves, use the talents that God gave to us and to always trust God to know that whatever happens in the day He’s working in our lives. This takes faith, courage and sacrifice.  We live in a tough world because it’s all about good and evil. When we try to do right, evil comes to us more and when we don’t do things right, it seems like people around us want to keep us down.  I don’t think people always want us to be down but sometimes people have their own problems or situations that they try to deal with and just aren’t sensitive to other peoples issues. Sometimes this happens in our own families. Let’s not get caught up but work towards fixing ourselves so that God can take us to the next level on our journey.
 
When we trust God and believe in ourselves, we live life in a world of joy and peace.  Whatever happens, we accept it and go with the flow. We can’t let people or situations bring us down.  There’s way too much to do out here and God has great plans for us.  I know sometimes situations can be tough but what we go through is temporary and God always comes through.  EVERY TIME!!  Don't get caught up with situations in your life.  God is working in your life.
 
Let’s not get discouraged about anything in life and always know that God has a plan and always a way. When we fall into the trap of thinking things are bad or not good in our lives, just look in the mirror and see that God has allowed you to be here for another day.  Amen and when it gets tough, thank God for the trials. You have talents, you’re here for a reason and you have to know that God loves you very much. Let’s go out in the real world and do what we have to do for The Body of Christ.
