seeing through God lenses

It's very important that we try and refresh our relationship with the Lord because we have to try and see things through God lenses with making decisions, how we act and how we interact with others.  This can save us from suffering consequences and dealing with things in the future.

God accepts us for who we are today with our faults and everything but when we become closer to God in prayer and through the bible, we learn wisdom and understanding.  We have to be able to see things clearly so that we can make good decisions and present ourselves with dignity and respect for all.  We have a mission to be more Holy and like Jesus so if we're not carrying ourselves well, it's a chance that we won't be trusted and we won't gain respect or able to give sincere hope to others. Finally, we won't be an example of Jesus, people won't see the light in us and that's the opposite of the mission purpose.

I can tell you from my experiences, I'm still suffering consequences from decisions that I made years ago because it involved others but I can say that I do know how to let go and give my burdens to God but at times, I still hurt.  I know in due time, I will be fine.  I can also say that at the time when I made those decisions, I thought I was right but that happened because I didn't have a strong relationship with God and that took me to a dead end road.  Thanks to Jesus for protecting me because I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for Jesus.

I didn't see through His lense and I wasn't seeing clearly.  I also wasn't ready to  pick up the cross and walk with Jesus instead I tried to do things myself. I really thought I was helping the situation but I wasn't.  When we're in a situation, and trials come, try and work it out first because I ran away from my problems and if I would have dealt with it, I wouldn't be dealing with what I'm dealing with today. At the same time, when we take care of things or deal with issues that we encounter, we grow and have an opportunity to walk with the cross and with Jesus.

This is why we can't judge others because we don't know their hearts, where their minds are, how they see things or what they have been through but we can still love and try and do things that have our best interest to serve. We don't need to be around things that will affect us or don't have our best interest but let people be people and pray that God will protect them as well. We should also always pray for ourselves too that God guides us and give us wisdom on our path.  I say that because sometimes we think we know everything and don't even know where we're going.  Amen to that and Thank You Jesus.

When we don't see clearly, it causes issues within ourselves, the people around us and the entire Body of Christ.  Let's try and make wise choices going forward and like I said before leave yesterday behind, make today better and ask God for His mercy to make us better people.

Let's have our own mind, build a strong relationship with God so we can see clearly to avoid issues down the road and most importantly for others to see Jesus in us.  Take one day at a time, live your life and when trials come, know that your life is all in God's hands.
