In life, we have to give and receive in order to see the beauty of God’s work and we all do it differently.  We have to give love and forgiveness as well as receive it from others.  Sometimes when we hurt, it’s harder because we really don’t understand why we had to go through that, but this is when we just need to be humble, open up our inner selves and trust God.  The goal of life is to help as many people as we can to be a light in someone’s darkness.
 
At times, we have to go the extra mile with others.  We know that this life is not about us so if we know the mission to serve, we should understand why it’s a need to do what is important in life.  God is working in our lives all the time; miracles happen and sometimes we don’t even see God’s goodness because we’re so caught up in ourselves.  We all make mistakes but the important part of that is admitting to our faults and trying to do what’s best for everyone.  It’s never about what we go through, it’s all about how we handle situations with integrity and love.
 
God wants to move us on our journey to serve and be better people, but we have to be able to receive His grace and be open to loving unconditionally.  Our today should always be better than yesterday if we accept God’s grace, do His will and humble ourselves to serve.

God said in John 15:5, “I AM THE VINE, YOU ARE THE BRANCHES. WHOEVER REMAINS IN ME AND I IN HIM WILL BEAR MUCH FRUIT, BECAUSE WITHOUT ME YOU CAN DO NOTHIING”

That’s really the premise in what I’m going to talk about today.  If we really take our time to think about that verse, it makes perfect sense.  This is God’s home, and we are living under His roof.  He created the world, and He has been so amazing to allow us to live in His house.  He is the vine, and we are the branches.  It’s just like knowing how a plant survives.  If we don’t give the plant water, it will die.  If we don’t keep our relationship with God refreshed, our lives will diminish.  If we don’t give the plant new soil, how can it stay rooted to live?  The leaves will fall and eventually they disconnect themselves from the plant. If we don’t nourish our bodies with the word, how can we keep standing because temptation is around us all the time.  We will fall and it will be very hard to get back up. A branch is only good when it’s connected.  We are only good when we are connected to God.  A friend of mine told me that when we don’t stay connected, we establish bad habits and our hearts become cold. We don’t realize how we’re living or how we treat others.  Bless His Soul.  You see, if we don’t get it together, eventually, we will be rooted into things that will not help us to prosper but take us to a dead-end road.  We will disconnect ourselves from the vine and lose the strength to hold on in life.

When we’re connected, we gain peace and joy.  Life can be a lot at times but it’s when we’re connected that we’re able to handle tough situations.  I know we all go through things, and we all have problems, but God also said give me your burdens and I will give you rest.    This is when we bear much fruit and see the works of God when we’re connected to Him.  We really can’t do anything without Him because the flesh is weak, and we are weak when we don’t rely on God.  Basically, it’s a choice and according to what He said in John 14:6 “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE”, He doesn’t make us to do anything that we don’t want to do but teaches us to know what will help to grow and be able the handle life.  It’s really a choice.

​CHOICE
We were given this life to live each day
Try and enjoy life in a peaceful way
 
God gave us life to be happy in all ways
We should learn to have joy in all of our days
 
Joy comes from peace you see
God said you have to choose HIM in order to be
 
A peaceful child of God to show
How we get through trials with a special glow
 
The glow that shines for all to see
The beauty of Life that He gave you and me
 
Choosing Him will definitely benefit others around
Others will see the glow and you will hear the sound
 
The peaceful sound to know that He’s the one
That helps you get through tough times until it’s done
 
When life gets tough, who are you going to call?
You will need someone to lean on when you fall
 
God will tell you “That’s life, I told you so
Learn from Me and I will help you to grow
 
In wisdom and courage to get through pain

​Hello everyone,
 
I hope all is well and everyone is having a good day.  We all are living on our journey trying to do the best that we know how.  There are three important qualities that will help us to have good days while on our journey and they are:  Loving God, Loving Yourself and Loving People.  This is what will help us serve better, be the person that God wants us to be and be an image of Jesus Christ.
 
It’s very important that we are living our lives with integrity and being an example for God because that’s the mission set by Him to be disciples.  Otherwise, we’re going to have some bad days on our journey.  For me, loving God is the first step because God said without Him, we are nothing.  We experience that when stress comes, and when our lives become a mess.  God teaches us wisdom and help us to understand things so that we can serve.  Loving God has helped me to try each day to be a better person even through my faults.  I have gained a relationship with Him, and He has taught me to have faith, give Him my burdens and trust Him through all things.  He also taught me to have confidence in myself and love me so that’s very important because He’s working in our lives, and we have to stand up for ourselves and at times for what’s right and just to benefit the Body of Christ.  In loving God and loving ourselves, we have to learn to love people through it all as well because we all have something that we’re going through and we all need each other.  It’s very important to love people unconditional because people need hope, and we really don’t know what people are going through.  The whole purpose of living is to serve and to be the light so if we’re not loving people, how can they see Jesus in us?
 
Sometimes we think we know it all and don’t even know where we’re going. I say this all the time that it’s not about us and we all need to refresh our relationship with God daily because when we don’t treat people the way we want to be treated, we damage the body and put a pause on our lives.  It’s just that simple.  Sometimes life may seem like everything is good but when we don’t follow Him, we’re headed for destruction.  Let’s learn to know what’s important in life and be the person that God has called us to be so that we can have joyful days one day at a time.

​Hello everyone, I hope all is well.  Today, I’m going to piggyback on what I mentioned yesterday about being a vessel and how that benefit us to gain peace.  I think we all want peace but there’s a sacrifice to pay to get peace.  It doesn’t come just like that because we all go through good and bad times on our journey.  Life comes with a package and we as people have to know how to deal with what’s in the package in order to gain peace and have joy.
 
The package that we carry contains things like stress, pain, trials, love, forgiveness, patience and so much more.  Once we know how to deal with what’s in the package, we can gain peace.  We must know that PEACE ONLY COMES FROM GOD.  We can’t get it from anyone else and if we think we can, we’re in denial.  God is love and the way to have peace is to love through every situation.  If you think about it, if we love, we don’t expect anything from anyone and we are just sharing God’s unconditional love as well as His grace and mercy. 
 
When we deal with stress, think about God and His love, if we deal with pain, think about how Jesus died on the cross so that we may live and if we think about forgiveness, think about how God forgives us for our wrongdoing all the time. I can go on and on and on and when we take a step back and think about these things with patience, we will learn to TRUST GOD and share His goodness. 
 
As you can see, there are sacrifices on our journey but when we practice some of those important virtues, we will know how to deal with life on a daily basis.  Again, a peaceful life does not just happen, it’s built daily with love, sacrifice, patience, grace and forgiveness.  Once we know that, PEACE WILL COME ONE DAY AT A TIME.

​Life is short so it’s important to make the best out of our day. It’s not worth holding on to things, it’s not worth having a negative attitude, it’s not worth trying to bring people down and it’s not worth doing things that would stop us from being what God has called us to be.
 
Everything we do either moves us to the next level or puts a pause on reaching our destiny. In thinking back on my life, I can see that a lot of time was wasted by doing things that were not important, doing things that didn’t enhance my relationship with God and doing things that didn’t make me a better person.  However, in order for me to grow within, I had to go through some things to see God’s work.  You see, sometimes God puts a mirror right in front of us so that we can clearly see ourselves in what we’re doing or the life that we’re living.
 
I didn’t understand the importance of things until I got older and had to suffer some of the consequences. I realized that life is a gift and I had to change some things in my life in order to serve and have joy doing it one day at a time.  Life is truly what we make of it but when we put God first and not ourselves, we can clearly see-through God’s lenses and have peace in our lives.  The purpose of life is to serve and work towards holiness the best way we know how.  God uses us to do the work to prepare us for Heaven and He gives us the wisdom to know how to act and respond to situations.  We should never hold grudges because life is not about us, when someone is negative, we should show kindness, when someone does something that we think is not right, we should speak our peace but still show love and sometimes it’s important to just be still.  When we don’t show love, we’re bringing others down as well as stopping others from seeing the light of Jesus.  That is so true.
 
The bottom line is let’s not waste time from enjoying life, giving hope to the world, and fixing ourselves. God told me awhile back to stop looking at what others do and look at what I was doing.  Once I realize how true that statement was, it changed my life.  In order to have peace and enjoy each day, we have to be humble, accept God’s grace, show love, treat people the way we would want to be treated and most of all, work towards listening more to God and answering Him when He calls so we can be the vessel in what He has called us to be on our journey.

​When we make choices, there are sometimes consequences that come after.  Therefore, it’s very important to try and make good choices so that we don’t have to deal with things after the fact.  In order to avoid some of this, we can think before we act and ask ourselves would this choice be best for me and how would it impact others?
 
Let’s be real, we all make mistakes, and we learn day by day from what we do, what we do to others or what others do to us. Our job is to know how to walk with integrity, not bring stress on our lives or the lives of others and when we have negative encounters that come our way with people, we have to know how to control ourselves and still be positive.  Most of the time, we spend so much energy into beating ourselves up about what we have done or what others have done to us.  We have to understand that we can’t take back yesterday but we can make today better. If we’ve done something to someone else, apologize, ask for forgiveness, and keep it moving.  When we don’t humble ourselves to know how to say “I’m sorry” we need to do some evaluation within.  Forgiveness is not for the other person but for the one who forgives. It helps the other person but mainly it's for the one who forgives. THAT’S SO IMPORTANT TO KNOW AND SO POWERFUL.
 
We all need love and when we do wrong, don’t we want Jesus to forgive us so why can’t we forgive others?  It has so many benefits to forgive and it actually changes the world for the best.  How we handle ourselves is what would bring hope to the world and for people to see God’s Grace and Mercy.
 
The goal is to grow and basically, God is teaching us day by day how to love and how to make a difference in the world by the choices that we make.  He gives us the tools to make the right choices to avoid consequences but, we all are still learning, we all have faults, and we all need Jesus. 
 
Let’s work towards being better to ourselves, to others and as I said before think before we act.

​Good morning everyone,
 
In addition to the importance of beginning again each day, it’s wise to make good choices in the morning. Choices that will guide our day in the right direction with whatever comes our way. Like it is said, life is really like a box of chocolates, and we really don’t know what will come our way each day, so we have to try our best to grow in Jesus name to gain strength from God with wisdom and understanding to get through things.  Let’s make wise choices each day with the strength of God so we can have productive and peaceful days and able to endure whatever is placed in front of us.
 
We do control our decisions and actions and the choices that we make are key factors in how our day will turn out.  I know life can get tough but most situations we don’t even have control over so why worry, why stress and why get all caught up with something that we can’t control. The only thing we can do is deal with it and pray to God to give us what we need to get through it all.   If things happen, work it out and make the best out of the situation. 
 
All I’m saying is take life as a gift from God and thank God each day for giving us a second chance.  Each day we awaken to a second chance and when we know that we should be able to make a wise choice to be happy to live through whatever it is because He’s working in our lives and to trust that God is with us every step of the way on our journey.
 
I hope and pray that everyone has a good day and we know that God is with us and most importantly, make our choices worthwhile so that we can get a positive start to serve each day and give hope to the world.

Today is a new day and tomorrow is gone.  One thing that God has taught me is to know the importance of beginning again each day with love and faith.  God gives us His grace each day to begin again so we should never hold on to anything that will stop us from having joy and peace in life. We’re here to be disciples and to serve each other by loving, forgiving and being a light for all to see Jesus in us so let’s take one day at a time and start fresh each day.
 
One thing that I know is we all have faults, and nobody is perfect so when we interact with one another, let’s remind ourselves of that each day.  All of us are trying to walk on this journey the best way we know how with whatever we’re dealing with so let’s not allow anything or anyone to change what God has called us to do but instead give hope to one another to Build the Body of Christ.
 
Sometimes life is tough but when it gets tough, this is when God is working in our lives.  When life appears to be bad, it really may be good at that time and I know that’s true because if we look back on our lives when we were going through bad times, we will see that those times weren’t too bad and something good came out of it. 
 
What I’m saying is don’t sweat the small stuff and when life hits you with a curve, get up by gaining strength from God and knowing that He has a plan for your life.  If everything was good in life, how can we learn to grow, how can we learn to love more and how can we forgive so that others can witness God’s love.  God has a plan for all of us so let’s be a vessel by seeing through God lenses so that we all can grow and begin again each day.

The best gift in life is Jesus Christ.  We need to thank God for His Grace and Mercy each day and don’t ever take that for granted.  Each day on our journey is a gift and a new life.  Tomorrow is not promised, and God is the one keeping us alive every day.  Life has its ups and downs, and we have to know how to deal with whatever comes our way.  I don’t know about you, but I get strength from the Lord to get through trials and tribulations and we all need to know how to bounce back through hard times.  The way to get back and stand on our feet again after bad situations is to Let Go and Let God.

It’s not easy to let go and let God because we have to know who God is and have faith and trust in Him.  The way to do that is to pray, read the word and to spend quality time with Him.  Once we do that, we will see our life change for the best.   Sometimes we tend to think if we do that, others will look at us different.  We don’t have time to worry about what other people think.  God said humble yourself, work to be holy and follow the mission by loving your neighbor as you love yourself, forgive and just work towards being the best that we can be to serve.

Life is short and we all have witnessed things to know that, but God has allowed us to still be here for a second chance to live.  Let’s thank God for that and begin again today not tomorrow.  There’s so much to be thankful for, there’s so much to gain by having peace and joy and there’s so much love to give especially to those who need it the most.  Life is all about choices, having faith, being humble and giving hope to others. It's a sacrifice because when we put God first, we don’t think about ourselves but think about serving and sharing Gods love with one another.

I don’t know where you are in your life but think about what God wants for you and how you can get there.  I know for me; I need that quality time with God, and I need to refresh my relationship with Him all the time to stay focused and be the person that I think He wants me to be.  I’m going to end with saying I love you; God loves you and there’s nothing in this world that can change the love that God has for you.  He wants the best for all of us so let’s start today by accepting the grace and mercy and letting go and letting God.

​Hello everyone,

Today we’re going to talk about love and forgiveness and how important it is to understand it all while we’re on our journey.

The other day, I had mentioned how love is the core of keeping us all together. Well, it goes deeper than that because it helps us to grow, gives hope to the world and helps us to get to heaven. 

There are so many bible verses that explain love and in Corinthians 13:4-5, it talks about love is patient, kind, does not envy, not boast, not proud, doesn’t dishonor others, not self-seeking and not easily angered. That is just one that came to my mind and there are so many more.  When we love, we do it willingly, when we love, we don’t hold on to grudges when someone does us wrong and when we love, we want the best for others.  Love is never jealous and it’s simply giving of yourself without wanting nothing in return. 

There are so many people who need love and sometimes people get into a zone of doing things for so long that they don’t know how to get out of wrongdoing.  Sometimes people go through things that hurt them and they don’t know how to respond after painful situations and sometimes people just don’t know how to love.  I can go on and on, but the bottom line is people need love and when we love, we give hope, we prepare ourselves for great things and we allow God to work in our lives.  Love is really a sacrifice, and it helps the entire Body of Christ because when we do wrong to others and not love them, they in return may do that to others. WE DON’T WANT TO DAMAGE THE BODY OF CHRIST.  The goal is to be a disciple and change the world by showing everyone Jesus in us and allowing our light to shine.

It’s amazing how love can change our lives and the lives of others.  I can truly say if God didn’t love me, I don’t know where I would be today.  Love also gives us peace, joy and takes off stress from our lives.  Try loving by being humbled, seeing through God lenses to know that it’s not about us but about serving on our journey.

When we love, we also should show forgiveness.  If we’re not showing forgiveness, we’re not loving. I have to say that when we forgive, it helps the other person, but it mainly helps us (The one who forgives) because we’re showing God’s love and we’re doing what God asked us to do.  Also, when we forgive and love, we’re building The Body of Christ.  Forgiveness and love have so many benefits and it helps so many people.  Let’s think about it, God gave us a mission to be a disciple and to serve Him by helping others and giving hope to the world.  How can we do that without love and forgiveness?  God loves and forgives us so let’s love and forgive one another through our actions.
