Living YOur JOurney

You know life is really a journey.  We all have a journey to live.  We have to know how to be happy with our journey.  I’ve seen people come and go and God still allowed me to be here.  That’s special to me and I just thank God for giving me another day.  You know we do a lot of things to ourselves.  We bring on the stress and we make our own lives miserable.  I say that because we always want things to happen the way we want them to happen.  We need to learn that on this journey we have to have patience. 

I told you before that it’s not our world.  Let’s talk some common sense.  If it’s not our world, whose making the calls?  God makes the calls so why are we being impatient.  We’re just not going to get what we want all the time.  Some things that we want aren’t good for us anyway.  Think about your life and some of the things that you have done.  Somethings you probably don’t even know how you got out of.  WE HAVE TO HAVE PATIENCE. 

It seems like we have patience with other people but don’t have patience with God.  For example, when you’re at a get together or at a party, don’t you allow the host to run the show?  You have patience and you take it for what it is.  You sit back, relax and still enjoy yourself.  Why can’t we live life this way?  When we were born, we entered Gods house.  Let him do his thing and run the show.  He wants us to enjoy ourselves and have a joyful mind but we have to respect him and have patience.  I’ll tell you; having patience is such a gift because life involves people. 

I try to live my journey each day as a child of God.  I really enjoy living and which ever way I turn on my journey, I know who’s with me.  The devil is always testing me and he sends people to try and bring me down or go the wrong way but that’s okay.  I know how to allow people to be who they want to be and keep on walking.  Always remember while you’re on your journey that God is right beside you.  So when things get tough, have patience with God and stand still.  God is always with you and don’t you ever feel that you’re alone.
 
PATIENCE
 
Patience is keeping still
We shouldn’t act out of what we feel
 
Sometimes we want things to happen so quick
We just don’t know what we will get
 
Learn to allow God to do His will
That’s all we have to do is keep still
 
God has a plan for us all
Allow Him to work through you, don’t fall
 
On the cross when you go through pain
Use your gifts and always gain
 
Peace and joy to be happy each day
And live life to the fullest in a peaceful way
 
Life is beautiful don’t rush it
When you do, you will get hit
 
With a storm that will bring you down
And wash you away without a sound
 
You will miss the gift that God has given you
The gift of life and its beauty, that is definitely true

Have patience and be still
Live through it all according to God’s will.
 
Have patience in life and know that God has a plan for you.
