It's very important that we prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord. We have to work towards being ready because we don't know when this will happen. It's very easy to get caught up in the world if we're not focused but in order to be ready, we have to love more, forgive more and just work towards holiness. This just doesn't happen overnight. It's something that we must work towards one day at a time to become better people. In preparing for the coming of the Lord, we have to have patience and learn to wait on God's call. Sometimes that's not a good feeling when we're going through things but these are the time when we can get stronger, wiser and just become a better person to serve. You see, we're not here to always feel comfortable but we're here to give hope and make the world a better place, changing lives for the better (even our own lives) and overall serving the Lord. I know a lot of this communication sounds like it's easy to do but it's not. I'm here to tell you that when we go through things, that's when God is working in our lives, when we feel uncomfortable, that's when God is working in our lives and when we feel like it's enough and can't take it anymore, that's when God is working in our lives. He wants to walk with us, talk with us and show us that He will always be here for us even through the bad times. When we go through things and trust Him, we will always see the end of the tunnel. Amen and Thank You Lord. If we don't have patience and hold on through the trials, we'll never see the goodness of our Lord through situations. The point is, God is trying to make us better, make us more holy and give us joy while doing it. Remember, He said "I will never leave you, give me your burdens and I will give you rest". That means stand firm, have patience and do what I'm calling you to do. That's it. We all have problems and it's all about staying connected to the vine and gaining strength from God to serve and be happy doing it one day at at time with patience and faith. When we have patience and wait on His call, we will praise Him and have joy in our days. James Wilson - Wait on the Lord (feat. Brooke Staten) [Official Video] - YouTube Amen and Thank You Lord
