Importance of love

I want to take this opportunity to talk about love and how it can affect our lives if we do not give it or receive it.  Love is everything and all that we do should be centered on love.  I noticed from an experience yesterday that people are confused with many things and it’s frustrating because I think people want to love but don’t know how to do it unconditionally because of things that happened in their lives, what they see through others or they just want to be selfish.  To be honest, it’s really a choice.

There are so many things happening in this world and people need peace and love. We all have things that we encounter or deal with but Love is the center of why we’re here and what we’re supposed to do. God is love so if we don’t recognize the importance of the vine, how can we stay connected to love anyone. Jesus is everywhere and I’m not disrespecting anyone’s religion or anything but I believe in Jesus and he said without me you’re nothing and you can only get peace through me so in knowing that, we have to learn the importance of love and how it has an impact on all of us. 

I really believe that everyone wants peace and wherever you are in your life, God is with you. We just can’t lose the importance of practicing virtues to move in the right direction. Virtues like respect, integrity, compassion and so forth.  I have to say that because we’re not here to judge but here to love, we’re not here to bring people down but to give them hope and we can do this even through our  differences.

Let’s not get it twisted, we all need this and we all need to give it and receive it so let’s stop acting like we don’t understand why we’re here and what’s important for The Body of Christ in whatever religion we practice. People are hurting and some of us are too and this is why we have to  know the importance of this because when we don't do our part, we hurt others, we  hurt ourselves and we hurt God and The Body.  Also, when we don't receive love, it's like we're not accepting God's grace and can have a tremendous impact on our lives and the lives of others as well.  Let's understand the importance of our actions because our mission is to serve and that's through love.
